“Filing Team” prioritize ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with our services, we’ll refund your money, provided that the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation. Please review the details of each deal carefully before using our services.
Should you be dissatisfied with our services, you have the choice to cancel them and request a refund. Our policy for cancellation and refunds is outlined below:
Cancellation Policy
“Filing Team” top priority is customer satisfaction. If we are unable to deliver services as promised and the customer has already made payment, they should notify us promptly. However, if the customer simply changes their mind about the services, we are not obligated to cancel the service. In cases where customers request a temporary hold on service processing, we will retain the fees paid for the relevant department.
Before proceeding with any refunds, we reserve the right to make every effort to fulfil the service. If the customer remains dissatisfied despite our efforts, a cancellation fee of 20%, along with the earned fee and any applicable government or third-party fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Force Majeure
“Filing Team” shall not be deemed in violation of its satisfaction guarantee policy or in default under any terms of service if unable to fulfil its obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances, known as “Force Majeure Events,” may include but are not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, actions by public enemies, epidemics, legal actions, explosions, wars, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strikes, lockouts, boycotts, or similar events.
Refund Policy
“Filing Team” will issue refunds only if we fail to deliver services as promised to our customers. Applicants must request refunds via email.
Once services have been rendered, refunds will not be provided due to the time and effort invested by our team, which cannot be returned. Deductions will include processing fees, payment gateway charges, administrative fees, and resource costs incurred for the work performed. Refunds will not cover payments made to government bodies (e.g., filing fees or taxes) or other third parties involved in processing orders.
Cancellation of an order is not possible once payment has been made. Refunds will only be considered for service cancellations within 3 days of the payment date.
